Dr. Taylor primary focus is to ensure that the company continues to meet the healthcare needs of the Memphis and Shelby County community. Dr. Ivory Taylor offer over thirty-five years’ experience in Leadership/ Administration. He was a successful and highly respected educator/administrator at both the University and Community College levels and served in the military as a first sergeant of combat soldiers. Dr. Taylor possesses a strong background in leadership and human relations skills with excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong motivation to excel.

Dr. Joyce TaylorDr. Joyce Taylor has served as the Executive Vice-President/Chief Medical Officer since January 2004. Dr. Joyce Taylor also planned and designed Taylor Brown from the ground-up. Dr. Joyce Taylor has over twenty-five year’s experience in leadership and management as a Pharmacist. Dr. Joyce Taylor is responsible for the overall operation of the pharmacy. Her responsibility include: investigating and securing pharmacy related business opportunities; assisting in the selection, training, and development of pharmacy personnel; and protecting all pharmacy assets. She also assures compliance of all records and documents required by DEA and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Mr. Jason Taylor has serviced as V. P. of Drug Store Operation since January 2004. Mr. Taylor is responsible for the overall operation of the drug store. Mr. Taylor are to direct the operation of assigned store and supervision of staff in accordance with established company policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to store financial performance, cash control, inventory, safety, customer service, and management of entire staff. Lead by example and ensure the entire staff is providing superior customer service. Analyze store reports and survey the competition to assist in exceeding store financial goals. Ensure price integrity is maintained to comply with weights and measures. Ensure compliance to applicable labor laws, legal requirements, Company policy, and the collective bargaining agreement. Dr. Lawrence “LB” Brown is Associate Professor and Director of the UT Center for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of the Pacific and his Ph.D. in Social and Administrative Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. But he began his career in pharmacy as a U.S. Air Force Pharmacy Technician from 1985 to 1991. His main research interests are: Medication Adherence, Economic and Clinical Outcomes of Pharmacists-Provided MTM Services, MTM in Foreign Countries, and consumer perception of pharmacists’ roles within the health care system. Dr. Brown’s Ph.D. dissertation was a quality assessment study of Medication Therapy Management pharmacists in Minnesota. He provided diabetes and hyperlipidemia management services and was the pharmacy services marketing director for the Cub Foods pharmacy in St. Louis Park, MN, from 2000-2003. Publication of the article (The Career Pathways for Pharmacists).

From 1997 to July 2003, Dr. Ivory Taylor was the Technical Preparation Coordinator for Northwest Community College, Developing market strategies and presentations for all segments of the population; served as educational liaison with business/industry ensuring the inclusion of all student populations in Tech Prep; maintained budget and all documentation accordingly, and assisted site in achieving all goals, objectives, and activities in the initiative. Attorney Calvin Buchanan, Esquire, (Board Director of Financial) Mr. Buchanan’s primary responsibility is to protect the shareholders' assets and ensure they receive a decent return on investment. It is his job to select, evaluate, and approve appropriate compensation for the company's chief executive officer (CEO), evaluate the appropriateness and amount of dividends recommend stock splits , oversee share repurchase programs, approve the company's financial statement financial statements and recommend or strongly discourage acquisitions and mergers. Mr. Buchanan responsibilities include the establishment of the audit and compensation committees. The audit committee is responsible for ensuring that the company's financial statements and reports are accurate and use fair and reasonable estimates. 2001- Present: Mr. Buchanan has been the President and owner of Faycon Professionals, LLC (a legal and administrative services company), and President and owner of Paymaster, LLC (a bill payment and money services company). 1997-2001 serviced: as the United States Attorney, for the Northern District of Mississippi; 1990-1997 served as the assistant United States Attorney; 1983-1990 served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps; and he have also served as Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Hospitality Law for the University of Mississippi.

Mr. Cato Walker (Board Director of OTC Products) Mr. Cato Walker has the principal responsibility for bringing significant expertise to the company by establishing strategic partnerships, marketing, development a strategic plan for distributing over-the-counter products to major chains. Mr. Walker will be focusing on, but not limited to, OTC products pricing and risk management issues associated with those products and positioning the company for the buy side and sell side market participants. He will evaluate product risk profiles, assist in implementation of risk management policy, and provide internal feedback to underpin Clearing services for specialized OTC product processes.
Mr. Walker, III, is a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Urban Images, Inc. (CUI) a Tennessee Corporation based in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Walker established Creative Urban Images, Inc. (an urban entertainment development company) in 2005 after working as a commercial real estate development consultant for fifteen (15) years. Mr. Walker’s expertise is in the area of inner city urban core commercial developments. Prior to commercial real estate consulting and the establishment of CUI Mr. Walker were employed as a classroom instructor with the Memphis City School System and as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis.
